# Converting Mounts from other PWE games

Fixing Mount Animations in ESO

If your mount slides instead of walking or running:

1\. Open its ".ecm" file in Notepad++.

2\. Find the combined-action section.

3\. Add these mappings:  
   
\- ESO: "奔跑" (Run) → Original mount: "快速移动" (Fast Movement)  
\- ESO: "行走" (Walk) → Original mount: "慢速移动" (Slow Movement)

4\. Use the existing action-entry format, update the count if needed, then save.

This should fix our mount without editing its model or animation files.
