Soo guys, since some of you asked a how to on custom fashion, here is the guide!

To start off you need to have a few things.
The textures are NOT your usual picture files. They are a .dds file which are only opened by few programs, like Paint.NET and Photoshop. For others like GIMP you might have to install a plugin which allows you to edit them.
I myself use Paint.Net, so I will be using that in this guide.

The needs:
sPCK.exe (EDIT: This one only works for 32 bit Windows! If you're using 64 bit windows)
Paint.NET (FREE)
Unpack.bat
Repack.bat
Inspiriation
20% of your brains.

To start off, a few notes.
CLOSE ESO WHILE RENAMING, EDITING, COPYING, PASTING OR ANYTHING OF THE KIND THE 'models.pck' FILE IN YOUR ESO DIRECTORY. YOUR ESO WILL CRASH IF YOU DONT.
You can play ESO at the same time when you work in the 'models.pck' or 'models.pck.files' in your Working Space

ALWAYS MAKE BACKUPS
If you do not, and something might go wrong, you will need to reinstall the whole game.

DONT CHANGE FILENAMES
The client is made that way that it can only open the files with the certain names. when you change these names, you might get an error or your game will just crash whenever you click the fashion.

Everything you change will be visible for you only, unless you post them here and they might be implemented into the game itself!

Step 1! Get everything ready
Create a seperate folder, anywhere on your PC. Mine is called "Working Space".
Move ModelViewer, sPCK.exe, Unpack.bat and Repack.bat into your folder. Executing these right now have no effect, so dont do it! (really dont try, its wasted time xD)

Now you want to go to your directory, which for me is; "C:\Program Files (x86)\ESO\ESO Zero Beta 1.2". It might and will be different for you!

Go into the element folder and copy the "models.pck" to your 'Working Space'.

Now you got all the files you need to start!

Step 2! Finding the fashion
This was really hard at first, but I made it easier for you.
Just doubleclick Unpack.bat and the unpacking will start!
There will be a black screen with some letters and numbers on it, but just let it do its job. When you see no numbers or letters changing anymore, you can close the window and you will see a new folder has been created!
It should be called "models.pck.files".
In this folder you will find your fashion! This is the trickiest part, because 90% is in Chinese...
Unless you can read chinese and know what everything means its difficult to find where you're looking.
Luckily I have been able to find the fashion suit files

The directories:
\models.pck.files\models\players\时装\上衣\textures
\models.pck.files\models\players\时装\上衣\

The first directory contains the textures and the second one contains the models. I will tell you what to do with the models lateron in this guide.

But anyways, Good job! you found the fashion files! Ready to move on to the next step

*EDIT:
Thanks to Naaki i have the locations! She posted them further in this topic

some nice things to know maybe:
上衣 -> suits
头饰 -> hairs
眼饰 -> masks and mouth stuff
翅膀 -> wings (not sure if editing them would really work)
鞋子 -> shoes

魔族 -> mogui
女    -> female
男    -> male

All credits to Naaki!

Step 3! Editing your fashion

This is the fun part, where your imagination will come into use!
Open the .dds files in the 'textures' directory with your editing program and go ahead!
But wait, Whats this?!

Yes, this is how the texture looks like.
Every texture looks different, and you need to -by yourself- find out what is what.
Anything could be anything. Every different texture looks different.
It sometimes might be hard what is what, and sometimes you see directly what you were looking for.

Important is: Just and only 'paint' the texture. Do not move any of its components. You will not get what you want if you do that.

This is my edited 'Red Imperial Guard' Fashion.

Now you can edit all you want!

When you finished editing, just save the file, with the SAME name you opened it.
E.g. Imperial guard is '时装近卫军装衣服.dds'
Save it like that too, if you want to use it in-game.
When finished saving, it is time to head on

Step 4! Checking your fashion
Another tricky part. How can you see how your fashion actually looks in-game.
A fast way of checking is using the modelviewer. Unpack it and open the folder.
Starting up this application solely wont work, you need to open it 'together' with a model.
Harder said that done, it's actually just dragging the file onto the program.

Where to find the model?
It will be in the other directory i mentioned in Step 2, the one above the textures folder.
The .ski (model)  you are looking for has the same name as the texture.
Just drag and drop the .ski on ModelViewer and there you have your newly created texture.

You can move around the Model by using the arrow keys, WASD and IJKL
It might look a little different than ingame though. You will see more fleshy looking stuff, but you got quite the idea of how your model looks like!

If you think the texture is good, we are ready for the next step!
If not, repeat step 3 and 4 :3

Step 5! Implementing it into your own game
Finally! Almost finished!
There are just a few more things that have to be done.
Rename the 'models.pck' in your Working Space to anything like 'modelsBackup.pck'
When you renamed them, and you are sure there is no more models.pck left in your Working Space, double click Repack.bat and it will be repacking the 'models.pck.files'!
Again, dont touch the black screen, until everything stopped!
Now you will see a NEW 'models.pck' has showed up!

Copy Paste this into your ESO files and start ESO again.
Look at your fashion and be amazed by yourself
